Returns

In the rare event that your jewelry is faulty, we are happy to offer you an exchange. To arrange this, please email us at contact@avagracelondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly ensure the items) are returned unworn and in their original packaging. We are committed to making sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Please include your name, address, and contact details when arranging an exchange. Clearly state what you would like to exchange your item for and provide the address where you would like the new item to be sent.

We will contact you as soon as your returned item arrives and promptly send out the replacement.

If any additional payment is required for the exchange, we will invoice you for the difference. Similarly, if the exchanged item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

We will refund the postage you paid when returning an item. However, we strongly recommend using tracked postage that requires a signature, as we cannot exchange items that are lost in the mail.

Please note that all goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
